Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days.

  • Handmade bulk items may occasionally take up to 7 business days.


Shipping Rates

  • Standard Courier (South Africa): R110 per order

  • Free shipping on orders over R1000

  • Local pickup in Hermanus available by arrangement

 

Delivery Times

  • Standard Courier: 2–5 business days depending on your location

  • Local pickup: same-day collection if arranged

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We package items carefully, but if your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll help resolve it.
